Our winery partners offer a wide range of luncheon options, including wine pairings and three-course dining. We can accommodate special meal options for your team members with dietary needs.
Can I customize my travel itinerary?
Our culinary offerings are exquisite and vary with each flight. From gourmet meals to customized menus featuring your favorite dishes, we ensure that every bite mirrors the luxury and quality of your travel experience. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Can I customize my travel itinerary?
We help you plan your flight schedules and ground services based on your operational needs. You benefit from the lowest rates for a Day Incentive Trip with midweek departures on Tuesday. Your private jet charter rates will be available at the lowest pricing. Charter rates range from $30.000 to $40,000 for an Embraer Private Jet with seating for up to 30 guests. Average costs for a one-day journey (pro-rated over 30 seats) are about $2,500 to $3,000 per person. The costs for our Motivational Speaker are not included in the above price estimates.
What safety measures are implemented?
All Aircraft and Crew members are ARG/US Gold- or Platinum-rated. Commercial Airlines are fully FAA-regulated. You will be able to review and approve a Charter Proposal that details all safety ratings and compliance with Federal Regulations. We will be pleased to provide you with a security escort- optionally, your firm may provide such staffing. This is provided that all the State and Federal regulations permit access to such services.
